- Greeting and providing the hospitality to the guests coming to the Company;
- Supporting CEO and Chairman with Khmer-Chinese translations at the Company or outside;
- Answering phone calls from the Clients and guests from outside and providing general information about the Company when asked;
- Calling to make appointments with Clients and Guests for CEO and Chairman and meeting arrangements;
- Leaving message and recording information for CEO and Chairman when inquired by Clients and Guests;
- Supporting A/R Accountant with calling Clients of Borey to remind about due payments and supporting with recording sales data of Borey Projects;
- Good presentation skill and computer literacy in Word and Excel (Khmer-English-Chinese);
- Dynamic teamwork, communicative, supportive, friendly, honest, committed, disciplined and results-oriented;
- At least 2-year experiences in receptionist and hospitality roles and with Chinese speaking and translation;
- Bachelor graduate student of any field;
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (half-day)
Working Hours: 07:30 – 11:30AM/ 01:00 – 05:00PM
